I’ve been to Paris thrice already but it’s always new and magic to me every time I step into the city. If it's your first time in Paris, I've crafted a suggested itinerary for 5 days in the world's most romantic city.
The whole ‘complaining is fun!’ shenanigan sounded absurd to me, if not a little funny. The French were in fact the very first to complain. They make it a sport even. Every day, I come across at least 4 rallies happening around the city.
We arrived in Paris on the day the Charlie Hebdo shooting happened. The city is on a manhunt as they pursue the gunmen responsible for the terrorist-driven shooting that left 12 people dead. What a time to come to the world's most romantic city. For the next few days, we would experience Paris like never before: military and police everywhere on the streets, no tourist crowd, and the attractions almost all to ourselves.
